Pickets everyday from 8am
(various locations + main university building)
Rally at 11am in front of the main university building.
(Make sure you bring a thick coat and double layer your socks: this week promises to be a bit chillier than last week)

Wednesday 28th February

8am – Pickets – various school/dept locations and university main building
11 am to 12:15 pm – Rally and march
with musicians and various invited speakers.

Open Meeting: Students and Staff United for Education.
– “Building a fairer University”
talk by Dr. Paul Brennan
– “What is a university: a philosophy café”
presentation by Dr. Huw Williams
followed by a time for discussing how we would want universities to be.

University Matters Teach-out Event
Sessions include:
– “Analyzing the language of strikes”,
workshop led by Dr. Aimee Grant,
– “Strikes and other direct action in Children’s literature”,
two open lectures by Dr. Netta Chachamu,
– “The digital university: what does it mean for worker resistant?”
by Dr. Lina Dencik & Dr. EmilianoTreré,
followed by an open debate – everyone welcome.
